• Contain any material which is obscene, offensive, hateful, or inflammatory.
• Promote sexually explicit material, violence, or discrimination.
• Infringe any copyright, database right, or trademark of any other person.
• Be likely to deceive any person.
• Promote any illegal activity.
• Be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.

All content provided on the LMS is the property of Global Goods Hub or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the LMS at any time, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account.

9. Liability

Global Goods Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the LMS.
